Biological Activity
Description
M1R Protein, Monkeypox virus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant virus-derived M1R protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His tag.
Background
M1R is a muscarinic acetylcholine receptor that mediates various cellular responses, primarily through the action of G proteins, including inhibition of adenylate cyclase, breakdown of phosphoinositides, and modulation of potassium channels. Its primary transducing effect is Pi turnover.
