Description

PADI4 Protein, Cynomolgus (His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived PADI4 protein, expressed by E. coli, with N-His tag.

Background

PADI4 is a hydrolase that converts arginine residues in histones to citrulline. PADI4 promotes tumor progression by up-regulating the cytokine receptor CXCR2. PADI4 can also cause inflammation and immune responses.
