Staphylococcal kinase protein is a potent plasminogen activator that converts plasminogen into active plasmin. In addition to activation, staphylococcal kinase forms a 1:1 complex with plasmin, enabling activated plasmin to catalyze the conversion of other plasminogen molecules. Staphylokinase Protein, Staphylococcus phage (His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Staphylokinase protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-6*His labeled tag.
