Biological Activity
Description
STYK1 Protein, Human (sf9, GST) is the recombinant human-derived STYK1, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with GST labeled tag. ,
Background
STYK1/NOK is a probable tyrosine protein-kinase with strong transforming capabilities on a variety of cell lines. When overexpressed, it can induce tumor cell invasion and metastasis in distant organs. It may act by activating both MAP kinase and phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinases (PI3K) pathways (By similarity).
