Rhamnazin 3-O-rutinoside (1-100 μM) exerts no significant inhibitory effect on recombinant hPTP1B, with an IC₅₀ > 100 μM under the tested conditions^[1].
Rhamnazin 3-O-rutinoside (0.5 mg/L) effectively reduces H₂O₂-induced apoptosis of primary cultured rat hippocampal neurons, decreasing the cell mortality rate from 50.8% to 18.6%^[2].
