HIF-1α PROTAC contains two different ligands connected by a linker; one is an E3 ligase ligand ((S,R,S)-AHPC) (HY-125845), and the other is for Ligands of HIF-1α target protein (HIF-1α-IN-10) (HY-179434). PROTAC exploits the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
