COX/5-LO-IN-2 induces cell growth arrest at G2/M phase. COX/5-LO-IN-2 triggers apoptotic activity by up-regulating proapoptotic proteins p53, Bax, and caspase-7 and down-regulating anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2. COX/5-LO-IN-2 can be used for the research of breast cancer .
