Nampt-IN-10 (Compound 4) is an efficient inhibitor of nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT). Nampt-IN-10 exhibits nanomolar-level inhibitory activity against cell lines such as MDA-MB453, NCI-N87, and NCI-H526.
