Triticonazole is an orally active triazole fungicide and androgen receptor antagonist. Triticonazole inhibits testosterone-induced androgen receptor activation and reduces basal testosterone secretion. Prenatal exposure to Triticonazole causes shortened anogenital distance in male rat fetuses and induces organ-specific histopathological changes in pigs.
