tri-GalNAc-phosphoric acid 

tri-GalNAc-phosphoric acid is a specific ligand of ASGPR with cell-specific internalization capability. tri-GalNAc-phosphoric acid can mediate the delivery of conjugated sclerostin aptamers to lysosomes of cells expressing ASGPR. tri-GalNAc-phosphoric acid is applicable to anticancer research^[1].

Conjugation of tri-GalNAc-phosphoric acid (compound 3) with a VHL E3 ligand significantly attenuates the inhibitory effect of sclerostin on the Wnt signaling pathway^[1].
