2-O-(2,4,6-Trihydroxyphenyl)-6,6'-bieckol (compound 4) (20 min at 37 °C) inhibits α2-macroglobulin activity with an IC50 of 1.9 μg/mL[1].
2-O-(2,4,6-Trihydroxyphenyl)-6,6'-bieckol (20 min at 37 °C) inhibits α2-plasmin inhibitor activity with an IC50 of 0.7 μg/mL[1].
2-O-(2,4,6-Trihydroxyphenyl)-6,6'-bieckol inhibits plasmin activity with an IC50 of 13 μg/mL[1].
