3-Feruloyl-4',6'-diacetyl sucrose is a feruloyl sucrose ester that can be found in the roots of Oryza sativa^[1].

In Vitro

3-Feruloyl-4',6'-diacetyl sucrose (200 μM) exerts negligible inhibitory effect on mushroom tyrosinase activity, with an IC₅₀ > 400 μM, and only exhibits an inhibition rate of 1.62% at the concentration of 200 μM^[1].
