3-Feruloyl-4',6'-diacetyl sucrose (200 μM) exerts negligible inhibitory effect on mushroom tyrosinase activity, with an IC50 > 400 μM, and only exhibits an inhibition rate of 1.62% at the concentration of 200 μM[1].
