(4S, 6S)-4-Hydroxypiperitone (compound 8) (50 μM; pretreatment for 2 h; LPS (HY-D1056) 100 ng/mL; 24 h) shows no significant cytotoxicity against RAW 264.7 cells[1].
(4S, 6S)-4-Hydroxypiperitone (50 μM; 2 h) shows no obvious cytotoxicity in RAW264.7 cells[1].
