体外実験

SJFα (0.025-2.5 μM, 6-72 h) degrades p38α in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
SJFα(0.025-2.5 μM) does not degrade the other p38 isoforms (β and γ) in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
SJFα (0.025-2.5 μM) reduces p38δ:PROTAC:VHL complex in MDA-MB-231 cells[1].
