Anti-LAG-3 Antibody (BAP050) (10 μg/mL; 30 min) targets the D1 domain of hLAG3, and its epitope is mainly composed of D1 determinants outside the 30-amino-acid-residue D1 loop^[1].
Anti-LAG-3 Antibody (BAP050) and 22D2 recognize non-overlapping epitopes on hLAG3, as they form a stable ternary complex with hLAG3 in Expi293 cells^[1].
