Anti-Mouse BTLA/CD272 Antibody (6A6) (20 μg/mL, 1 h) significantly decreases percentages of BTLA+ CD19high B lymphocytes in IL-6-or IL-10-treated B lymphocytes[2].

Anti-Mouse BTLA/CD272 Antibody (6A6) (10 or 20 μg/mouse, i.p., a single dose at day 3) shows anti-tumor effect in WF-3/Luc tumor mice models[2].
Anti-Mouse BTLA/CD272 Antibody (6A6) (100 μg/mouse, i.p., twice per week for two weeks) consistently increases the frequency of both T follicular helper and T follicular regulatory cells within peyer’s patches in Btla or Tnfrsf14-deficient mice models[3].
Anti-Mouse BTLA/CD272 Antibody (6A6) (10 µg/g, i.p., a single dose) permanently prevents graft versus host disease (GVHD) in lethal mice model of GVHD[4].
