Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3)
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) is a PL2L60-targeting antibody. Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) binds to PL2L60 expressed on tumor cell surfaces, blocking its tumor-promoting functions. Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) arrests tumor cell cycle and induces cancer cell apoptosis. Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) activates complement to mediate tumor cell lysis. Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) can be used for the research of lymphoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, cervical cancer, colon cancer, and melanoma[1].

Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (1 h) binds to PL2L60 expressed on the surface of mouse 2C4, 326T-4, human MDA-MB-231, A549, and HeLa tumor cells, with the highest binding observed on 2C4 cells[1].
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (48 h) inhibits proliferation of mouse 2C4, 326T-4, human MDA-MB-231, A549, and HeLa tumor cells in a dose-dependent manner, with the strongest effect observed in 2C4 cells[1].
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (48 h) induces apoptosis in mouse 2C4, 326T-4, human MDA-MB-231, A549, and HeLa tumor cells, with the largest relative increase observed in 326T-4 cells[1].
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (48 h) induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest in mouse 2C4, 326T-4, human MDA-MB-231, A549, and HeLa tumor cells, with the most profound arrest observed in 2C4 cells[1].
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) mediates complement-dependent cytotoxicity in mouse 2C4, 326T-4, human MDA-MB-231, A549, and HeLa tumor cells, with the strongest cytotoxicity observed in 2C4 cells[1].

In Vivo
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (intratumoral; every 2 days) significantly slows 326T-4-induced lymphoma tumor growth in SCID mice despite no effect on tumor incidence[1].
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (intratumoral; every 2 days) reduces MDA-MB-231-induced breast cancer tumor incidence to 50% and significantly slows tumor growth in SCID mice[1].
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (intratumoral; every 2 days) significantly slows A549-induced lung cancer tumor growth in SCID mice[1].
Anti-PL2L60 Antibody (KAO3) (intratumoral; every 2 days) moderately slows HeLa-induced cervical cancer tumor growth in SCID mice despite no effect on tumor incidence[1].
