Biological Activity
Antibiofilm agent-18 (5-15 μg/mL; 24 h) (Compound 4I) disrupts S. aureus and P. aeruginosa biofilms in a dose-dependent manner[1].
Antibiofilm agent-18 (100 μg/mL; 24-48 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity in AGS cells[1].
Antibiofilm agent-18 binds with high affinity to multiple biofilm-related proteins (sarA, crtM, fnbA, PBP2, clfA, clfB, AgrA, and Agrc)[1].
