Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10^6 Ramos cells labeling CD114 Antibody(red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 0.2% Triton X-100. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/400 dilution overnight at 4℃.Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti-mouse IgG H&L (invitrogen A11001) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 45 minutes at room temperature. Mouse IgG Isotype Control (Invitrogen 14-4714-B2, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (gray).
Background

Function
G-CSF Receptor receptor for granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (CSF3), essential for granulocytic maturation. Plays a crucial role in the proliferation, differentiation and survival of cells along the neutrophilic lineage. In addition it may function in some adhesion or recognition events at the cell surface

Subcellular Localization
Secreted; Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein
-
Expression
Tissue_specificity:One or more isoforms were found in the myeloid leukemia cell line KG-1, the leukemia U-937 cell line, bone marrow cells, placenta, and peripheral blood granulocytes. The isoform GCSFR-2 was present only in leukemia U-937 cells. The isoform GCSFR-3 was highly expressed in the placenta. -
