Verification Images

  • Experimental Validation Results for G-CSF Receptor Antibody (YA4441)
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10^6 Ramos cells labeling CD114 Antibody(red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 0.2% Triton X-100. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/400 dilution overnight at 4℃.Alexa Fluor® 488 Goat Anti-mouse IgG H&L (invitrogen A11001) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 45 minutes at room temperature. Mouse IgG Isotype Control (Invitrogen 14-4714-B2, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (gray).

Background

  • Function

G-CSF Receptor receptor for granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (CSF3), essential for granulocytic maturation. Plays a crucial role in the proliferation, differentiation and survival of cells along the neutrophilic lineage. In addition it may function in some adhesion or recognition events at the cell surface

  • Subcellular Localization

Secreted; Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein

  • Expression

Tissue_specificity:One or more isoforms were found in the myeloid leukemia cell line KG-1, the leukemia U-937 cell line, bone marrow cells, placenta, and peripheral blood granulocytes. The isoform GCSFR-2 was present only in leukemia U-937 cells. The isoform GCSFR-3 was highly expressed in the placenta.
