    Western blot analysis of extracts from A549 (lane2, 20μg), Hela (lane3, 20μg), NIH/3T3 (lane4, 20μg) and Rat brain tissue (lane5, 20μg) using Gli2 Antibody (HY-P86893). Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat milk in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature.
