In Vitro

Camphor sulfonic acid methyl ester (Example 1) was suspended in 230 mL of dichloromethane, followed by the dropwise addition of 0.5 mol of trimethyl orthoacetate. The reaction was carried out at room temperature for 30 minutes[1].
