Biological Activity: Isochiisanoside is a lupane-type triterpenoid triglycoside found in the leaves of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus. Isochiisanoside dose-dependently inhibits LPS (HY-D1056A1))-induced NO (IC50 = 64.25 μM) and PGE2 production in macrophages without obvious cytotoxicity. Isochiisanoside shows weak inhibitory activity against porcine pancreatic lipase. Isochiisanoside can be used in inflammation-related research[1][2][3].
