Cys-MC-GGFG-Dxd can be further conjugated to anti-HER2 IgG1κ antibody for the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC), such as the breast cancer-targeting ADC compound Fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki (Enhertu)[1].
