Chuanxiongnolide R1
Chuanxiongnolide R1 is a ligustilide-type phthalide discovered in the roots of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. Chuanxiongnolide R1 inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced nitric oxide production in macrophages with minimal effects on cell viability. Chuanxiongnolide R1 can be used in inflammation-related research.

Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Chuanxiongnolide R1 (compound 1) (50 μM; pre-incubated for 1 h before LPS (HY-D1056) treatment, followed by co-incubation with LPS for 24 h) significantly inhibits LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages, with an inhibition rate of 67.32%, and exhibits minimal effects on cell viability[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
