Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Cyclopropanesulfonyl chloride (8-12 h; room temperature) reacts with evodiamine in the presence of Na+H− at room temperature to form N13-cyclopropanesulfonyl evodiamine (3g) with 49% yield[1].
Cyclopropanesulfonyl chloride reacts with benzene-1,2-diamine to form intermediate 2, a precursor for the synthesis of cyclopropanesulfonamide-based EGFR inhibitors targeting EGFRC797S mutations[2].
