D-T7-cys
D-T7-cys is a D-T7 (HY-P11918) peptide with a C-terminal D-cysteine (HY-W018555). Nanoparticles modified with D-T7-cys serve as effective carriers for the delivery of compounds targeting the transferrin receptor (TfR). D-T7-cys reacts with DOX-SS-Pyr to form the DT7-SS-DOX conjugate. D-T7-cys is applicable to research related to glioma, autism spectrum disorder, glioblastoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and lung cancer.

Biological Activity
D-T7-cys reacts with DOX-SS-Pyr via disulfide bond exchange to form the DT7-SS-DOX conjugate with high purity and confirmed structure[3].
DT7-SS-DOX (constructed from D-T7-cys) exhibits significantly higher stability in mouse serum than LT7-SS-DOX, with a half-life of 8.58 h[3].
DT7-SS-DOX (constructed from D-T7-cys) (48 h) exhibits dose-dependent antiproliferative activity against U87, HepG2 and A549 tumor cells with high transferrin receptor (TfR) expression (with IC50 values ranging from 5.70 µM to 20.61 µM), while showing extremely low cytotoxicity toward LO2 normal cells with low TfR expression (IC50 > 100 µM)[3].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Cell Line:TfR-overexpressed U87, HepG2, A549 tumor cells; TfR-low-expressed LO2 normal liver cells
-
Concentration:DT7-SS-DOX (serial equivalent DOX concentrations up to 40 µM)
-
Incubation Time:48 h
-
Result:Inhibited tumor cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner, with IC50 values of 5.70 µM (U87), 7.01 µM (HepG2), and 20.61 µM (A549).
Exhibited significantly reduced toxicity to LO2 normal cells, with an IC50 value > 100 µM.
