Emicizumab (Anti-F9 & Factor IX) (1.5-10 mg/kg, IV, 24 hours before tail-clip bleeding) partially corrects blood loss in a hemophilia A bleeding model, with an FVIII equivalence of 9 U/dL^[1].
Emicizumab (Anti-F9 & Factor IX) (3 mg/kg, iv) provides additive hemostatic activity when given in combination with low-dose FVIII (10 U/dL)^[1].
