S 1924 is a potent H+, K+-ATPase inhibitor, with IC₅₀ values of 10.3 and 1.6 μM at pH 7.4 and pH 6.0, respectively^[1].

In Vitro

S 1924 inhibits the histamine (HY-B1204)- and dbc-AMP (HY-B0764)-stimulated ¹⁴C-aminopyrine uptake^[1].
