GIP/GLP-1 dual receptor agonist-1 acts as a dual binder for human GLP-1 and GIP receptors, with IC50 values of 105 nM (GLP-1 receptor) and 153 nM (GIP receptor) in the absence of HSA, and reduced binding affinity in the presence of 2% HSA[1].
