The concentration of Myricetin-3-O-rutinoside decreases rapidly during the initial stage of needle growth in Picea abies (Norway spruce)[1].
Myricetin-3-O-rutinoside (1-100 μM) inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced NO production in BV2 microglial cells with an IC50 of 74.74 μM, and shows no obvious cytotoxicity at effective concentrations[2].
