Biological Activity
Human IgG1 kappa
Human
|
IL7R |
Ocankitug binds to TSLP with high affinity, blocking its interaction with the receptor (TSLPR/IL-7Rα), thereby inhibiting the activation of downstream dendritic cells, Th2 cells, and eosinophils, and interfering with the type 2 inflammatory pathway at its source.
