PA-SiR-Halo

After conjugation with purified HaloTag protein, PA-SiR-Halo maintains stable fluorescence upon UV activation under physiological pH conditions, and its resistance to cysteamine-mediated fluorescence loss (EC₅₀ = 3.1 mM) is higher than that of unconjugated PA-SiR^[1].
PA-SiR-Halo (0.5 μM; 2 h) labels H2B-HaloTag in live U-2 OS cells. After UV activation, it reaches a signal-to-noise ratio as high as 32, with no pre-activation fluorescence signal and stable post-activation signal^[1].
