C1QTNF3/CTRP3 Protein, Human (His)
Based on 1 Customer Validation
C1QTNF3/CTRP3 Protein is a secreted protein of the C1q/ TNF-associated protein (CTRPs) family. C1QTNF3/CTRP3 Protein by participating in the TGF-尾1/Smad, Sirtuin 1/NF-魏B, AMPK and Signaling pathways such as LAMP1/JIP2/JNK have extensive effects on tumor, inflammation, metabolism, and insulin sensitization. C1QTNF3/CTRP3 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived C1QTNF3/CTRP3 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.

C1q/ TNF-associated proteins (CTRPs) are a family of secreted proteins with a specific structure. CTRPs have a wide range of effects on survival signaling, inflammation, metabolism and insulin sensitization. Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 3 inhibits proliferation, migration, and ECM accumulation in keloid fibroblasts by regulating TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway. Play an anti-fibrotic role. C1QTNF3 is involved in the pathogenesis and insulin resistance of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). C1qtnf3 reduces intestinal inflammation through the Sirtuin 1/NF-κB signaling pathway. C1QTNF3 affects lipid metabolism and necrotic inflammation of renal tubular cells through AMPK signaling pathway. C1QTNF3 alleviates myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in mice by activating the LAMP1/JIP2/JNK pathway[1][2][3][4][5].
Immobilized Human CTRP3 at 4 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human CD36 Protein. The ED50 for this effect is 4.475 μg/mL.
