Calmegin is a testis-specific molecular chaperon playing a key role in spermatogenesis. calmegin expression is regulated by HDAC and CpG methyltransferase in a coordinative way[1].
Verified Bioactivity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Huamn CLGN at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/Well) can bind Anti-CLGN Antibody. The ED50 for this effect is 0.1 μg/mL.
