Background
EPCR protein is capable of binding activated protein C and acts to enhance its activation by the thrombin-thrombomodulin complex. This protein plays a crucial role in the protein C pathway, which regulates blood coagulation.
Verified Bioactivity
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human EPCR at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-EPCR antibody. The ED50 for this effect is 18.21 ng/mL.
