FLT3LG Protein, Mouse (CHO, His)

FLT3LG protein, a potent stimulator of early hematopoietic cell proliferation, activates FLT3 and synergizes with colony-stimulating factors and interleukins. As a homodimer, especially in isoform 2, it crucially promotes expansion and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells. FLT3LG Protein, Mouse (CHO, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived FLT3LG protein, expressed by CHO cells, with C-His labeled tag.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
