Measured by its ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of PMA-stimulated Jurkat cells. When 5×104 cells/well are added to ICAM-5 coated plates (25 μg/mL,100 μL/well) in the presence of 10 ng/mL PMA, approximately 42.83% will adhere after 2 hour at 37°C.
