PRG3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His)

PRG3 Protein is a stress-resistant extracellular matrix structural component. PRG3 Protein can stimulate granulocyte activation, histamine synthesis and regulation of gene expression. PRG3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived PRG3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Proteoglycan 3 is a stress-resistant extracellular matrix structural component and has similar cytotoxic and costimulatory activities to PRG2/MBP. PRG3 stimulates superoxide production and IL8 release of basophils in vitro, as well as histamine and leukotriene C4 release^[1][2][3].

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
