In Vitro

SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-60 (Compound 12c) (0.005-50 μM; 1 h) potently inhibits MBP-tagged SARS-CoV-2 M^pro protein, with an IC₅₀ value of 0.031 μM, which is more potent than Nirmatrelvir (HY-138687)^[1].
SARS-CoV-2 Mpro-IN-60 (48 h) exhibits low cytotoxicity in Vero-E6 cells, with a CC₅₀ >100 μM, resulting in a selectivity index of >1708^[1].
