MCE Mouse Mature B Cell Negative Selection Kit enables the efficient isolation of mature B cells from single-cell suspensions prepared from mouse spleen, lymph nodes, or bone marrow. The principle involves using biotin-labeled monoclonal antibodies to label non-target cells (non-B cells), followed by the removal of these non-target cells through streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads, achieving the selective isolation of mouse mature B cells.

Calciseptine TFA, a polypeptide found in black mamba venom, is a selcetive Cav1.2 L-type calcium channel inhibitor with an IC50 of 92 nM. Calciseptine TFA binds to the pore domain shoulder at repeats III and IV of Cav1.2, stabilizing an inactivated conformation. Calciseptine TFA exhibits negative inotropic and negative relaxant effects on mice, and does not affect heart rate or the action potential of sinoatrial node pacemaker cells. Calciseptine TFA can be used for the research of cardiovascular diseases .

Carbohydrate metabolism serves as a central hub for energy supply and biosynthesis in living organisms and plays a critical role in the onset and progression of various diseases. In recent years, studies have shown that tumor cells reprogram their energy metabolism through aerobic glycolysis (the Warburg effect) to support rapid proliferation. Immune cells also rely on specific carbohydrate metabolic pathways to regulate their activation and differentiation states, while disorders such as diabetes and metabolic syndrome arise directly from dysregulation of carbohydrate metabolism. In addition, enzymes and key metabolic nodes involved in carbohydrate metabolism have become important targets for drug discovery, and therapeutic strategies targeting glycolysis, the pentose phosphate pathway, and energy metabolism are continuously advancing the treatment of cancer and metabolic diseases. Therefore, systematic analysis of carbohydrate metabolic networks and their associated metabolites is of great significance for elucidating disease mechanisms and developing novel therapeutic approaches.

The MCE Carbohydrate Metabolism Metabolite Library is constructed based on classical carbohydrate metabolic pathways and contains 75 metabolites. It systematically integrates key metabolic networks, including glycolysis, the pentose phosphate pathway, the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle, monosaccharide metabolism, and sugar acid interconversions. The library comprehensively covers core metabolic nodes from glucose uptake and utilization to energy production and biosynthesis, while also incorporating important upstream and downstream intermediates. It enables accurate representation of intracellular metabolic flux dynamics and is well suited for applications such as metabolic flux analysis, target validation, and mechanistic studies. Furthermore, it provides robust support for multi-omics integration and the development of precision intervention strategies.

Inflammation/Immunology

HS101 is a vaccine adjuvant and a key component in vaccines. Adjuvants can be divided into immunostimulants and delivery systems. Adjuvants can not only enhance the intensity and durability of immune responses, but also affect the type of immune responses. On the one hand, immunostimulants promote the production of antigen signals and co-stimulatory signals by targeting Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and other pattern recognition receptors (PRRs), leading to the maturation and activation of antigen presenting cells (APCs), thereby enhancing adaptive immune responses; on the other hand, delivery systems are carrier materials that promote antigen delivery by prolonging the bioavailability of loaded antigens and targeting antigens to lymph nodes or APCs. Several common adjuvants include: saponins, TLRs agonists, polysaccharides, nanoparticles, cytokines, and mucosal adjuvants .

RM-041 is a selective, orally active KRAS G13C (ON) inhibitor that forms a covalent complex with KRAS G13C (ON) and Cyclophilin A. RM-041 blocks the binding of RAS effector proteins via steric hindrance, and then covalently binds to Cys-13 to form an irreversible inhibitory complex, thereby inhibiting the proliferation of KRAS G13C mutant cancer cells. RM-041 induces regression of KRAS G13C tumors in cellular and xenograft tumor models. RM-041 exerts a synergistic effect when combined with upstream node inhibitors (such as SHP2 inhibitors). RM-041 can be used for the research of non-small cell lung cancer .

Lipid N2-3L is an ionizable cationic lipid (pKa = 8.99) that can be used to generate supramolecular lipid nanoparticles (SMLNPs) for mRNA delivery. Lipid nanoparticles formed by encapsulating a luciferase reporter gene with Lipid N2-3L were detected to accumulate in the lymph nodes of mice, indicating that they can effectively enter the mouse immune system. Lipid nanoparticles formed by encapsulating ovalbumin mRNA and the TLR7/8 agonist Resiquimod (HY-13740) with Lipid N2-3L were able to reduce tumor volume and increase survival in the MC-38-OVA mouse colon cancer model. Lipid N2-3L can be used in the research of drug delivery for cancer-related therapies .

Rendomab B4 (Rendomab-B49) is a monoclonal antibody targeting ETB. Rendomab B4 preferentially binds to ETB in the active conformational state and exhibits selectivity for ETB on melanoma cells. Rendomab B4 inhibits the G protein-dependent phospholipase C (PLC) pathway, blocks ET-3-induced Gαi/o-mediated inhibition of adenylate cyclase, and does not affect the activation of the ERK1/2 pathway. Rendomab B4 is applicable to melanoma-related research .
