Cat. No.: HY-D1071
CAS No.: 2055022-06-3
DBCO-PEG12-TCO cantains a TCO and a DBCO moiety. TCO group can specifically react with terrahydrazine. DBCO-PEG12-TCO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups. DBCO-PEG12-TCO also contains a TCO group that can undergo an inverse electron demand Diels-Alder reaction (iEDDA) with molecules containing Tetrazine groups.

DBCO-cyclo (RGDfK) is a clickable DBCO-modified cyclic RGD peptide, and also a DBCO derivative of cyclo (RGDfK) (HY-P0023). DBCO-cyclo (RGDfK) is synthesized via an amide coupling reaction between DBCO-NHS ester and cyclo (RGDfK). DBCO-cyclo (RGDfK) can react with azide groups through copper-free click chemistry (SPAAC) to immobilize RGD peptides onto biomaterials or hydrogels. The RGD sequence in DBCO-cyclo (RGDfK) is recognizable by cellular integrins and promotes cell adhesion. DBCO-cyclo (RGDfK) can be used in studies related to tissue engineering, 3D cell culture, and surface functionalization of biomaterials .

Inflammation/Immunology

PEG12KL4 is a PEG-modified amphipathic cell-penetrating peptide. PEG12KL4 promotes the transfection and delivery of mRNA into lung cells, maintains mRNA stability, and forms mRNA complexes that retain integrity and translatability. PEG12KL4 endows lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) with anti-nebulization properties, enhances transfection efficiency in artificial mucus when used in combination with LNPs, and enables the formation of dry powder formulations with low toxicity and mild inflammatory responses. PEG12KL4 can be used in studies related to drug delivery for pulmonary diseases (cystic fibrosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) .
