Steroid sulfatase-IN-11
Steroid sulfatase-IN-11 is a steroid sulfatase inhibitor, which functionally inhibits steroid sulfatase activity, reducing the enzyme's ability to hydrolyze steroid sulfates. Steroid sulfatase-IN-11 can be used for the research of hormone-dependent cancers.

Biological Activity
Steroid sulfatase-IN-11 (compound 9j) (0.1-10 μM) potently inhibits isolated human placental STS, reducing residual activity to 31.2%, 7.9% and 4.6% at concentrations of 0.1 μM, 1 μM and 10 μM, respectively[1].
Steroid sulfatase-IN-11 (0.1-10 μM) potently inhibits STS activity in JEG-3 cells, with an IC50 value of 6.64 nM; it reduces the residual activity to 10.8% at a concentration of 0.1 μM, to 0.9% at 1 μM, and achieves complete inhibition at 10 μM[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
