Beschreibung

TIM-3-IN-2 is a TIM-3 inhibitor. TIM-3-IN-2 blocks the interactions of TIM-3 with PtdSer, CEACAM1 and Gal-9, and inhibits the immunosuppressive function of TIM-3. TIM-3-IN-2 restores IFNγ release from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. TIM-3-IN-2 inhibits the proliferation of acute myeloid leukemia cells. TIM-3-IN-2 can be used for the research of acute myeloid leukemia[1].

In Vitro

TIM-3-IN-2 (A-41) binds to purified human TIM-3 protein, and SPR assays show that it has submicromolar affinity with a KD value of 0.61 μM[1].
TIM-3-IN-2 binds to purified human TIM-3 protein, and its affinity reaches the submicromolar level as detected by MST, with a KD of 0.58 μM[1].
TIM-3-IN-2 (200-1000 nM; 1 h) inhibits the interaction between immobilized human TIM-3 protein and CEACAM1 protein in a competitive ELISA assay[1].

Result: Decreased the proliferation of THP-1 cells in the PBMC coculture, with a red object count pattern similar to that of the anti-TIM-3 mAb positive control.
