Biological Activity
Fluorescein-labeled α-bungarotoxin (20 μg/mL; 1 h) specifically labels a pair of neurons with a diameter of approximately 30 μm in the cerebral ganglion of Clione limacina, and its binding is completely blocked by 1 nM unlabeled α-bungarotoxin[2].
The binding of fluorescein-labeled α-bungarotoxin (20 μg/mL; 1 h) to neurons of the cerebral ganglion of Clione limacina is blocked by nicotinic acetylcholine receptor agonists and antagonists[2].
