JQ-1 (carboxylic acid)-amine-PEG8-cyanogen is a PEG-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1].

In Vitro

BRD4 PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is an E3 ligase ligand (SJ1008066) (HY-149452), and the other is for Ligands of BRD4 target protein (JQ-1 (carboxylic acid)) (HY-78695). PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins[1].
