Description
In Vitro
1-O-Methylclausenolide (24 h; 4 h) shows cytotoxic activity against HeLa cells (LC50 = 2.36 μg/mL) and no toxicity to Vero cells (LC50 = 290.69 μg/mL)[1].
1-O-Methylclausenolide (0.125-2048 μg/mL; 24 h) inhibits the growth of various bacteria such as vibrio cholerae with MIC values ranging from 64 to 256 μg/mL and MBC values ranging from 128 to 256 μg/mL[1].
