Biological Activity
3,8-Dihydroxy-1,2-dimethoxyanthraquinone (Compound 10) (0-50 μM) does not inhibit NO production in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages, with an IC50 value >50 μM, and exhibits 80.9% cell viability under these conditions[1].
