4-((Aminooxy)methyl)phenol is an Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase-1 (IDO1) inhibitor with a human IC50 of 61 μM. 4-((Aminooxy)methyl)phenol inhibits IDO1 catalytic activity and acts as a structural mimic of the enzyme's alkylperoxy transition or intermediate state. 4-((Aminooxy)methyl)phenol can be used for the research of cancer.
