L-Ribose is the enantiomer of D-ribose (HY-113375). L-Ribose replaces D-ribose to synthesize L-ribonucleic acid in cells, leading to erroneous gene transcription. L-Ribose serves as a starting material for L-nucleoside analogs, glycoconjugates and oligonucleotides. L-Ribose can be used in research related to hepatitis B virus infection, hepatitis C virus infection, hepatitis D virus infection, Epstein-Barr virus infection and cytomegalovirus infection.

DB772 hydrate is a bovine viral diarrhoea virus (BVDV) inhibitor. DB772 also has anti-prion activity.

Sulfacetamide (Sulphacetamide) is a sulfonamide antibiotic. Sulfacetamide has antifungal and antibacterial activities. Sulfacetamide is employed as a topical formulation in various ophthalmic, dermatological, and hair solutions against bacterial infections, acne and scalp conditions. Sulfacetamide targets bacterial folic acid synthesis and is effective against various gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Sulfacetamide inhibits the synthesis of both dihydro-folic acid and para-aminobenzoic acid. Sulfacetamide can be used for the study of ocular infections.

JNJ-9676 is an orally active Coronavirus M protein inhibitor and selective Sarbecovirus inhibitor. JNJ-9676 binds to the M protein dimer and forces the protein into an alternative conformational state with a compound-induced binding pocket.
