Biological Activity
Aberrant tau ligand 1 (1-10 μM; 2-24 h) reduces the levels of pTau-S396 in SH-SY5Y cells induced by ALS SNs after assembly into QC-01–175[2].
Aberrant tau ligand 1 (10 μM; 4 h) alleviates ALS SNs-induced mitochondrial fragmentation and increases in oxidative stress in SH-SY5Y cells after assembly into QC-01–175[2].
